How To Order

Online: Simply choose your design, then choose your garment type, size, colour and quantity. Then click on add to basket. You can carry on browsing our site and add other items to your order, until you are ready to pay. At any time you can click on ‘view basket’ to edit a quantity or delete an item, or click ‘checkout’ to pay.

Our payment process is hosted on a secure server, so your credit card details are safe. We will send you notification of your order by email.

Payments

We accept Visa, Visa Delta, Visa Electron, MasterCard, JCB, Maestro & Solo.


Please make cheques payable to conceptwear and write your name and address on reverse.

Postal Orders are also accepted please make payable to conceptwear

All payments will appear on your bank or credit card statement as debited to Conceptwear.

Deliveries

Currently, deliveries are made to the UK only. We use Royal Mail first class post to despatch all our goods. All our garments are despatched in sealed, waterproof plastic mailing bags to ensure no damage occurs to the product during despatch. Should you require recorded delivery or next day delivery, please enquire before purchasing to ensure we can meet your request.

We aim to despatch goods within 2 days of receiving your order. We do advise to allow up to 10 days for delivery but first class is normally received within 1/ 2 working days. We cannot be held responsible for royal mail delivery times. For personalised or customised orders please allow up to 5 days before despatch unless otherwise notified.

Returns Policy

Should you not be 100% happy with your purchase we want to know about it. We offer a full refund or exchange within 14 days of purchase without question or quibble!

Conditions
All garments must be returned within 14 days of purchase.
All garments must be returned unworn with labels attached (if applicable) as new.
Please send back your items via recorded delivery to ensure that we get them. (We cannot be held responsible for returned items lost in the post!)
Personalised or customised T-shirts cannot be returned unless faulty.
Return postage costs are only refunded when goods are faulty.

This is in addition to your statutory rights.

  • What the problem is
  • What you require i.e. full refund/exchange/replacement

• Step 3: We will email you a returns number

Data Protection & Your Privacy

We do not disclose or sell any of your personal information to any third party – full stop! We use World Pay to receive credit and debit card payments and, therefore, we can never observe or log your credit card details.

Cookie Policy
One small cookie is placed on your computer hard drive during your visit to our web site. (Your web browser needs to allow this session cookie, otherwise the shopping basket will not store your items). The cookie contains an 8 digit randomly generated unique reference number, merely to identify your session with us. Any items remaining in your shopping basket are stored in a database against your unique reference number. No other data what-so-ever is obtained or stored. The cookie expires after a period of 4 hours.
